In addition to being her husband's #1 cheerleader & supporter, Anne coordinates our women's ministry which includes Mercy Ministries, Women of the Word, Friendship Groups, fun women's events and the coaching of Pathways’ women group leaders. "I feel that my purpose in life is to know God, make Him known, and help others do the same."

Bill McGuire
Facilities Coordinator
 
Bill keeps our facility looking its best by coordinating with staff and leading volunteer teams who work to prepare for and clean up after meetings, events & activities. He and his wife Vicki live in Santee with their five children, Chris, William, Zach, Nicole, and Kati.

Carol Oftedahl
Financial Secretary

Carol was involved in the planning stages of starting Pathways in 1992 along with her husband Larry. Carol oversees all the church and property finances, record keeping and assists with a multitude of office support duties. She is involved with AWANA as Activity Director/Secretary, as well as Children/Jr.High camp, Scrip and ink cartridge donations. Carol resides in Santee with her granddaughter Lyndsey.

Dolores Nasrallah
Counselor

Dolores has a passion for helping people find hope and healing in their interpersonal relationships. She is licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist and regularly schedules appointments with individuals, couples and families.

Grant Yarger
Worship Leader

Grant joined the Pathways staff in April 2008 after spending his first 7 years of ministry in northern California. He is passionate about creating an atmosphere of adoration for God through ancient and modern musical worship expressions.

Jeff Atkins
Pastor of Outreach

Jeff coordinates Pathways' servant evangelism efforts, the First Impression Team (Ushers & Greeters) along with leading out on our large group events. He also leads a mid-week small group at his home in Lakeside. Jeff and his wife Cindy have 3 children, Chris, Lizzy & Amy.

Kathy Morebello
Office Manager

Kathy has been a part of the staff since the planning stages of Pathways began in 1992. She oversees the Pathways office, coordinating our printed materials, facilities rentals, activities organization, office reporting and many other detailed tasks that keep the ship afloat. Kathy, her husband Steve and daughter reside in Santee.

Leslie Ratliff
Children's Ministry Director

Leslie has a passion for children and all aspects of ministry for children. She joined the staff after she and her husband Dave made Pathways their church home. She believes in drawing kids to Christ with the solid message of the Bible in relevant ways for today's kids. Dave and Leslie have two daughters Michelle and Jessica and live in Santee.

Mike Gilson
Associate Pastor

Mike joined the staff after attending Pathways with his family for five and a half years. Mike and his wife Doris have three children, Matthew, Peter and Amy. Mike comes to Pathways after 25 years with Youth for Christ. The entire family is involved in a variety of ministries at Pathways.

Neal Kloster
Youth Pastor

Neal has been working with youth for over 15 years and is committed to empowering students to enfold their circle of friends into the circle of faith. By incorporating relevant teaching, meaningful worship, and significant events, Neal meets each student at his or her level of interest and consistently challenges them to the next level of their spiritual growth.

Phil Herrington
Lead Pastor

Soon after Pathways was launched, Phil became pastor of Pathways…August of 1993. He is known for his ability to relate the Bible to everyday life in an understandable and sometime humorous way. "I see Pathways as a spiritual hospital that brings healing, purpose, and mission into the lives of people.”
